The spreadsheet someone updates by hand today, turned into a panel that feeds itself and shows each person what their role allows.
Who it's for Companies where the information exists but is spread across systems, spreadsheets and two or three people's heads.
The problem
The problem is rarely missing data: it's data sitting in four systems that don't talk, plus a spreadsheet only its author understands. When that person is away, the company loses its dashboard.
And a report built by hand always arrives late and always argues with itself: two departments present the same number differently and the meeting is spent deciding which one is right.
How I solve it
01One source, many inputs
The panel feeds from your systems — ERP, store, marketplaces, spreadsheets, third-party portals — and consolidates everything into its own database. The number comes from one place, which ends the argument about which one is correct.
02Google login and real roles
Access with the company's Google account and an allowlist. Each role sees its own scope: management sees everything, each lead sees their area, each client sees only their own data.
03Designed around the question, not the chart
Before designing a screen I ask what decision gets made with it. A beautiful panel that changes no decision is an expensive ornament.
04Export without asking anyone
Everything on screen can be downloaded as CSV or PDF. The accountant, the auditor and the board don't need an account or someone to email them the file.
05On your server, with no per-seat fee
It runs on your own VPS with Docker, your domain and your certificate. No per-seat licensing and no surprise when you add people to the team.
What I've already built
- The same recipe — Google login, allowlist, roles, Docker on your own server — has produced six panels: purchasing, MercadoLibre, administration, tracking, field sales and private practice.
- A tracking panel with differentiated roles: the company sees the whole operation, each client sees only their own shipments.
- PDF reports for the people who never open the panel.
