AI agents & solutions
Artificial intelligence placed inside your operation — not in a separate tab — doing the reading, classifying and drafting that eats hours today.
Who it's for Companies that already tried generic chat and discovered it doesn't know their business or touch their systems.
The problem
General-purpose AI knows nothing about your operation: it doesn't know your customers, can't see your stock and can't open your system. It's useful for writing, not for working.
The leap isn't having a chat window: it's the model having access to your data, running inside your processes, and leaving its work ready for a person to review and approve.
How I solve it
01The model, inside the system
The AI doesn't live in a separate tab: it's in the panel where you already work. Ask about your own data in plain language, with nothing exported and no query language to learn.
02Triage and drafting with human review
Agents that read the inbox, detect what's waiting for a reply and since when, and leave the draft ready. They never send on their own: the last word belongs to a person. That rule is what makes them usable for anything serious.
03Agents that investigate
When someone reports that a value looks wrong, an agent goes to the original source, compares and returns a diagnosis. The error report stops being a ticket in a queue and becomes an answer.
04Meeting notes and follow-up
Agents that pick up a meeting transcript and return the minutes with decisions, action items for each side and a follow-up draft.
05Verification against production
An agent that doesn't take anyone's word for it: it checks against the real system whether what was delivered is what was promised, and returns a verdict with evidence. It's what keeps "it's working now" from meaning something else.
What I've already built
- 83 agents operating across 18 projects on a shared substrate: inbox triage, meeting minutes, delivery verification and per-client status.
- An agent that investigates against the original source when a user reports an incorrect tracking value.
- A natural-language query panel over business data, embedded in a client's administration system.
- A constant rule across all of them: they propose and draft, but never send or publish without a person's approval.
