Field CRM and prospecting

Geolocated prospecting plus a mobile-first CRM for sales teams working the street, not a desk.

Who it's for Distributors and sales teams who sell door to door and today organize with a notebook and a price list PDF.

The problem

To sell in an area you first need to know who's in that area. That list rarely exists: it's built by hand, goes stale, and lives in the head of whoever walked the route.

And traditional CRMs are built for someone sitting at a computer. A rep standing on the sidewalk between two visits isn't going to fill in a fifteen-field form: they're going to write in the notebook.

How I solve it

01The list, built from the map

You draw the target area on the map and the system sweeps it cell by cell, extracting businesses in the category with address, phone, hours and rating. Deduplication by identifier keeps the same location from appearing twice.

02Usable data, not just data

The details matter: only mobile numbers get a WhatsApp link, because a link on a landline pollutes the campaign and wastes the rep's time.

03One screen for the day

The app opens on today's route, ordered server-side by priority and proximity. The rep doesn't choose who to visit: they open it and see the list.

04Logging without filling a form

The daily report is dictated or written in plain prose, a model interprets it and proposes structured updates — who was visited, what they asked for, when to come back — and the person confirms. That's the difference between it getting logged and not.

05What the rep needs at hand

Business record with map and history, a searchable price list replacing the PDF on their phone, and a portal for the customer. Separate roles for rep, supervisor and back office.

What I've already built

  • 747 businesses in one category surveyed and loaded as a prospecting list, sweeping a polygon drawn over the city.
  • CRM in production with 5 access profiles, daily route screen, portfolio and prospect scoring.
  • Daily reports written in prose, interpreted by a model and confirmed by the rep, instead of a form nobody fills in.
